Internal Control Manager Functions

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote internal control activities within respective business functions
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable processes and controls
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee the implementation of remediation plans
• Coordinate internal control processes, including self-assessments and independent reviews
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and governing bodies, to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external/internal audit or internal control, preferably in large-scale companies or Big 4 firms
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, long-term contracts, and COSO/CICS/CICP frameworks
• Familiarity with risk management, process design, and control implementation
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with top management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification is highly desirable
