Internal Community Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate day-to-day tasks for employee-led shared interest groups, events, contests, and activities
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement, drive culture, and foster camaraderie
• Track and monitor action items to build consistent employee experiences aligned with firm culture
• Leverage market data, surveys, and focus groups to gather employee feedback and organize teambuilding activities
• Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of employee-focused engagement groups
• Collaborate with DEI, HR, and Employee Resource Groups to align engagement efforts with firm-wide goals
• Provide input for internal communications sent by the Internal Community and employee-led groups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or a related field
• Experience facilitating team building programs and events within mid-to-large enterprises
• Proven ability in project planning, execution, and managing multiple competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Smartsheet, and AI tools
• Ability to work some nights and weekends periodically throughout the year
