Internal Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies for the institution.
• Write journalistic news articles for the digital portal and produce video news segments.
• Manage digital publication of strategic information across social media, digital screens, and the news portal.
• Provide photographic and editorial coverage of campus events to generate content for various institutional media.
• Coordinate with photographic providers for diverse event coverage across campuses.
• Draft institutional communications, notices, and messages for students, faculty, and administrative staff.
• Produce audiovisual content, including recording, editing, and producing informative and promotional videos.
• Act as a communication liaison with academic, student, and administrative areas to identify impactful stories and achievements.

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event photography and news writing.
• Experience in interviewing and video recording/production.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital media and social platforms.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the Mexico Metropolitan Area to different campuses.
