Internal Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of company-wide All Hands meetings and other employee events
• Partner with senior leaders to align on themes, timing, and content for key communications
• Draft and edit content including Slack announcements, presentations, and leadership communications
• Own recurring communications programs such as newsletters and leadership summaries
• Maintain editorial calendars and communication plans mapped to business milestones
• Support communication strategies during periods of organizational change
• Develop manager guidance, employee FAQs, and communication plans for company initiatives
• Improve communication consistency and scalability through templates and processes
• Measure and analyze communication effectiveness through engagement metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, talent brand, content, marketing, or journalism
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting company-wide events like All Hands or Town Halls
• Experience communicating through mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformations
• Experience producing video, presentation, or multimedia content
• Familiarity with employee engagement or analytics platforms
