Internal Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and develop internal employer branding projects to increase employee engagement and brand advocacy
• Manage and evolve the employee Referral Program to drive participation and optimize processes
• Coordinate initiatives for Glassdoor and other review platforms to promote authentic employee feedback
• Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies aligned with company goals
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all internal communication touchpoints
• Contribute to brand identity development, storytelling, and positioning for the company's EVP
• Participate in creative campaigns and cross-functional projects to shape the employer brand

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR projects
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Creativity and initiative to generate and implement new ideas for employee experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Fluency in Russian is required
• Ability to work onsite in Belgrade, Serbia
