Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal communications programs aligned to company strategy and OKRs
• Manage the internal communications calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging
• Draft, edit, and polish content for newsletters, executive emails, Slack, and intranet
• Partner with senior leaders to support communications regarding business performance and major announcements
• Support end-to-end communications for enterprise events like Global All Hands and ZKO
• Build scalable processes using templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows
• Track engagement metrics and share insights with stakeholders
• Champion culture and inclusion by elevating diverse voices across the global organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Strong writing and editing skills with a diverse portfolio
• Experience supporting C-suite and senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, intranet/CMS, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with Marketing to align narratives
• Familiarity with modern internal communications tools and analytics
• Exposure to AI-assisted writing tools
