Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Listen and learn across the company to make recommendations on what should be amplified or addressed
• Plan, execute, measure, and evolve all-hands and executive content
• Turn strategy, launches, and hard decisions into internal storytelling that brings clarity to every team
• Establish channels, cadences, and norms to manage information flow and reduce noise
• Own change management by delivering news with clarity and candor
• Protect company culture through consistent and authentic messaging
• Partner across the company and brief executives directly

Requirements

• 6+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications
• Experience in a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of building a communications function from the ground up
• World-class writing and editing skills, including executive ghostwriting
• Strong change-management instincts and ability to deliver complex news
• Ability to advise and challenge senior leaders with sharp judgment
• Proficiency using AI tools in your workflow
