Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Support delivery across internal channels including web, email, intranet, and collaboration platforms
• Contribute to the internal communications calendar by partnering with IT, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications
• Translate organizational changes and leadership decisions into clear employee communications
• Support intranet content management, including audits, updates, and content cleanup
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to create, manage, and distribute communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications
• Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional teams
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with change communications or enterprise initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and performance metrics
