Internal Communications, Enterprise & Growth

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth portfolio, including product, partnership, leadership, and organizational announcements.
• Plan and execute internal events such as All Hands, manager meetings, Q&As, leadership AMAs, and launch-related gatherings.
• Support logistics for company-wide customer storytelling programs to bring customer insights and impact stories to employees.
• Monitor high-traffic Slack channels and employee feedback signals to identify information gaps and opportunities for improved clarity.
• Maintain intake calendars and track key milestones, dependencies, audiences, and review timelines.
• Contribute to broader Internal Communications priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting internal events, team meetings, or employee engagement moments.
• Excellent organization and project coordination skills, including tracking deadlines and stakeholder feedback.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build trust and align cross-functional teams.
