About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal communications strategy aligned to Leisure and People Strategy
  • Deliver a consistent communications rhythm, including town halls and leadership updates
  • Create engaging, audience-first content across newsletters, intranet, and social channels
  • Partner with brand stakeholders to establish a consistent communications framework across all Leisure brands
  • Drive employee engagement through storytelling and purposeful communication campaigns
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication and engagement approaches
  • Support AI transformation by translating initiatives into simple, engaging narratives
  • Collaborate across People Experience, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align messaging

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders or CEO-level communications
  • Ability to deliver multi-channel communication strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience with employee engagement and listening frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Experience in multi-brand or complex organizational environments
