Internal Communication Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and deployment of the internal communication strategy for the Annecy Design Center and international teams.
• Create and publish content across various channels, including intranet news, Viva Engage posts, mailings, and digital screens.
• Write in-depth editorial articles to highlight company campaigns, projects, and team activations.
• Design and manage the internal communication newsletter to keep employees informed.
• Coordinate the local communication calendar for the Annecy headquarters.
• Assist in organizing internal activations and events, such as employee runs and sustainability weeks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 to +5) in Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) for meetings, writing, and translation.
• Fluency in French (C1 level).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to perform deep analysis and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously.
• Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing software.

Benefits

• Monthly internship stipend of €950 (for Bac +4/+5 students).
