Responsibilities

• Support coordination of weekly and monthly all-team presentations, including creative and organizational aspects
• Master and apply Back Market’s brand look, feel, and tone of voice to all internal communications
• Draft and develop resources such as training materials, checklists, and templates to improve team communications
• Centralize and evaluate employee communication needs to support a cohesive global communication plan
• Act as a key point of contact for employees across all locations to ensure consistent information flow
• Support the planning and coordination of the annual global company seminar

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d’alternance/apprentissage)
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong writing skills with a balance of professionalism and approachability
• Demonstrated time management and project prioritization skills
• Keen eye for design with experience in tools like Canva
• Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite (GSlides, Gmail, GDrive, Gdocs) or PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French language and culture
