Responsibilities

- Identify high-fit prospective businesses using marketplace and off-market leads
- Drive initial outreach to sellers and brokers
- Assist buyers throughout the acquisition process using M&A expertise
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business brokerage or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of business financials and valuation principles
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously
