About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to BDL regulations, circulars, and licensing provisions
- Evaluate compliance programs including AML, CFT, and E-KYC processes
- Assess internal controls, risk management, and segregation of duties
- Audit financial operations, cash movements, and account transfers
- Review IT systems, cybersecurity, and data protection mechanisms
- Monitor operational efficiency and investigate failed transactions
- Prepare periodic discrepancy reports and review staff training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing
- Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience
- Experience in financial institutions or fintech preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional internal auditor certification
- Understanding of digital wallets and fintech operations
