Internal Auditor

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audit missions autonomously across operational and financial processes
• Develop comprehensive audit plans including risk analysis and testing procedures
• Lead field work including stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and data analysis
• Identify and document audit findings, business risks, and control weaknesses
• Write high-quality, actionable audit reports for senior management
• Facilitate follow-up meetings to discuss findings and validate action plans
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure risk mitigation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit procedures and team efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +3 degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in internal audit
• Mastery of audit methodologies and risk assessment frameworks (e.g., COSO)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, ACL, IDEA, or Tableau
• Professional level English (C1) and good level of French (B2)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA
• Experience within the logistics sector
