Internal Auditor Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a risk-based Annual Audit Plan
• Identify and prioritize audit areas based on risk exposure
• Oversee and ensure effective execution of audit engagements
• Review operational, financial, and compliance processes, including internal controls
• Identify control weaknesses and potential fraud risks, providing actionable recommendations
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports and ensure timely follow-up of corrective actions
• Monitor and report progress on audit findings and improvements
• Support risk management framework development and liaise with external auditors or regulators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in internal or external auditing
• Proven experience in supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of IIA audit standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and data analysis
• Willingness to be based at the Head Office in Makassar

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• Relevant industry experience
