Internal Audit Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough internal audits across various business functions to evaluate internal controls, risk management systems, and corporate governance
• Identify operational improvement areas and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior management
• Assist in the development and structured implementation of the annual internal audit plan
• Prepare clear, concise, and professional audit reports communicating findings, exposures, and corrective recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address outstanding audit issues and track corrective action plans
• Monitor evolving industry trends, global best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the company

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional internal audit experience
• Strong preference for candidates from the finance or fintech industry
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, developing audit programs, and executing complex audit procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
• Full fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work permanently on-site in South Jakarta

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CRISC
• Solid knowledge of ITGC (IT General Controls), IT Risk Management, and COBIT frameworks
• Prior experience navigating OJK regulations within fast-paced, tech-driven financial environments
