Internal Audit Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of assigned SOX compliance processes, including risk-based planning, scoping, walkthroughs, testing, and deficiency evaluation
• Coordinate with external auditors to manage evidence requests, walkthroughs, and follow-ups
• Design, implement, and evaluate business process controls in partnership with Global Accounting, Supply Chain, and Corporate Engineering
• Partner with IT Internal Audit to align SOX strategy, testing approaches, and timelines
• Prepare and update process narratives, flowcharts, and risk and control matrices
• Evaluate and monitor control deficiencies, ensuring timely remediation and continuous control maturity
• Identify opportunities to streamline controls by reducing redundancy and leveraging technology for automation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or internal audit at a public company
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SOX, COSO, PCAOB/SEC requirements, and internal control design
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience with public company clients
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA
• Experience in leveraging and monitoring AI-driven controls testing
