Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to assess internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Conduct audits and risk assessments across various business processes to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy
• Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation based on audit findings
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management and the Audit Committee
• Communicate with key stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices and address concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CIA certification is required
• 3-7 years of experience in internal audit with a focus on risk-based procedures
• Experience in professional services, IT services, telecom, or banking
• Proven experience in internal controls or risk management within a multinational corporation
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent command of both English and Arabic
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
