Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with specialized external audit firms to plan and execute audit assignments across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Identify and evaluate key risks across business units, including product, operations, and IT security
• Review the adequacy of internal controls, policies, and procedures, recommending necessary enhancements
• Monitor management’s remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of audit issues
• Stay informed of evolving regulatory requirements relevant to Fin-Tech operations
• Prepare audit reports for senior management and the Board or Audit Committee
• Act as a liaison between external audit firms and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance
• Experience working within regulated financial services or the Fin-Tech industry
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with external service providers
• Saudi Nationality is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA
