Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end audit and advisory engagements across technology and business domains
• Perform annual risk assessments to develop and refine the risk-based audit plan
• Use process improvement techniques like root cause analysis and gap assessments to enhance control design
• Support the enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance
• Manage co-sourced audit partners to ensure quality and timely execution
• Champion agile audit practices, data analytics, and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance
• Experience conducting audits across both technology and business domains
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and IIA standards
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data privacy risks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
