Internal Audit Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risk areas across core and support processes to assist in developing a risk-based internal audit plan
• Monitor audit tasks and ensure the overall quality of deliverables
• Develop relevant audit programs and procedures, including Risk and Control Matrices (RCM)
• Perform and manage audit projects by documenting processes, reviewing evidence, and defining issues
• Review and manage audit work papers
• Communicate assignment results through written reports and oral presentations to management and auditee departments
• Prepare, track, and conduct meetings with various auditee departments

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Internal Audit, Consulting, Advisory, or Risk Management
• Professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, CA, ACCA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance
• Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, Control Monitoring, Process Mining, and Data Analytics
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and rigorous data analytical skills
• Experience working in Big 4 audit firms is an advantage
