Internal Audit Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risk areas across core and support processes to assist in developing risk-based internal audit plans
• Monitor audit tasks and ensure the overall quality of deliverables
• Develop relevant audit programs and procedures, including Risk and Control Matrices (RCM)
• Perform and manage audit projects by documenting processes, reviewing evidence, and defining issues
• Review and manage audit work papers
• Communicate assignment results through written reports and oral presentations to management and auditee departments
• Prepare, track, and conduct meetings with various auditee departments
• Assist management in identifying and promoting new solutions within the company

Requirements

• CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, CA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance (or similar professional qualification)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Internal Audit, Consulting, Advisory, or Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, Control Monitoring, Process Mining, and Analytics
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and rigorous data analytical skills
• Experience working in a Big 4 audit firm is preferred
