Internal Audit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of risk-based audits by assisting with audit planning, testing, and analysis of business processes and controls
• Conduct research and analysis on federal and state securities laws, including Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxley, and SEC regulations
• Assist in reviewing and preparing documentation for capital markets transactions, regulatory filings, and corporate governance
• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and stock exchange listing standards to help implement internal policy updates
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Draft summaries, memos, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Help manage legal workflows and maintain organized records of contracts, filings, and regulatory correspondence
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving legal risk assessment, due diligence, and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (including F-1, J-1, M-1, CPT, or OPT)
• A genuine interest in audit or compliance career tracks
