Internal - ARM

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including strategic planning and driving sales
• Lead, train, and develop team members to foster future leaders
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and Day One orientation
• Control costs and manage inventory, labor, and financial goals
• Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high team morale

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Completion of GM Path Roadmap Level 1 (signed off by AD, DO, and Training Partner)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including 45+ hours per week, evenings, weekends, and holidays
