Internal Alliances Leader

Responsibilities

• Design and lead strategies for internal channels to drive growth.
• Implement prospecting strategies for referral and recommendation channels within the internal community.
• Manage and coordinate negotiations for Corporate Universities in collaboration with the Business Vice-Presidency.
• Supervise continuity processes and maintain communication between academic, school, and treasury areas.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and inter-institutional collaboration.
• Present executive reports on results and evaluate performance through indicator analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic management, processes, and sales.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strategic vision.
