Internal Accountant and Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily internal accounting tasks and data entry
• Check and reconcile invoices and related documents to ensure accuracy
• Prepare documents according to internal processes for payment planning
• Record accounting transactions into the accounting software/system
• Manage daily office administration and operations
• Manage and distribute work equipment to employees
• Support internal activities and company events as needed

Requirements

• College or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 year of accounting experience (internal accounting experience preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Careful, honest, and highly responsible attitude
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and update professional knowledge
