Intern, Zoho Projects and Implementation

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integrations across Zoho and other Cloud applications
• Configure, customize, and manage Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for cloud solutions
• Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams
• Assist in workflow automations, blueprints, and system integrations
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, fixes, and processes
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Based in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Zoho and Cloud Implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Projects, or Zoho Desk
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and system analysis skills
• Experience with workflows, automations, and Zoho customizations
• Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and user access management
• Excellent English communication and client-handling abilities
