Intern/Working Student, Structured Debt Finance (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between European Invesco Real Estate offices and lending/hedging partners regarding the debt and derivative portfolio
• Ensure and fulfill requirements for ongoing operations
• Process regulatory requirements related to the derivative portfolio
• Provide administrative support, monitoring, and documentation for existing financing engagements
• Support and encourage collaboration on various projects

Requirements

• Enrolled student in economics, technical, natural, or economic sciences (gap year or post-graduate internship candidates are also welcome)
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office software, specifically Excel and MS Teams
• Meticulous, structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
• Strong interest in real estate, debt financing, and capital markets
• Experience with specific projects or processes, such as financial business or database projects
