Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers (ME) in creating high-level machine assembly working instructions and assembly plans
• Assist with workshop layout planning and the development of assembly safety and quality training
• Support the ME in receiving and checking parts and solving assembly issues professionally
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design and with operation teams to optimize assembly processes
• Help the after-marketing team improve machine serviceability
• Document lessons learned and best practices in an assembly white book
• Ensure implementation of Volvo Group’s Quality, Safety & Health, and Environmental policies

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the complete machine assembly process
• Proficiency in Creo design software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills
