Intern - Venue Sourcing Meeting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining venue databases and supplier contacts
• Support venue communication regarding pricing, availability, and service level agreements
• Help prepare venue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and organize sourcing documentation
• Compile venue sourcing data, performance metrics, and reports
• Support communication between internal meeting planners and external venue partners
• Participate in sourcing meetings and assist with meeting logistics coordination

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to the full 12-week internship duration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement or venue management systems
