Intern: Uptime Management Center

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring telematics and equipment performance data
• Support analysis of uptime and downtime trends
• Help maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and operations teams
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
• Assist with identifying anomalies or patterns that may indicate maintenance needs
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance analytics initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with Python or R through coursework or projects
• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to operations, manufacturing, fleet management, or equipment-heavy industries
• Interest in predictive analytics or reliability engineering
• Experience with data visualization tools
