Intern Undergraduate - Technical

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and test bug fixes and software enhancements within the Trimble Access core codebase
• Collaborate with global team members to support advanced GNSS receivers, optical total stations, and smart targets
• Apply theoretical software engineering practices to solve real-world technical problems
• Partner with an assigned mentor to build predictability in engineering, scheduling, and product quality output

Requirements

• Pursuing a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Exposure to programming languages, development processes, and modern software techniques
• Solid understanding and experience implementing common software design patterns
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive drive for innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing code in C++ within a mobile or embedded environment
• Familiarity with cross-platform development across Windows and Android systems
