Intern

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize technical competency qualification data, converting manual records into structured electronic formats.
• Participate in the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including requirements research, solution design, system configuration, and comprehensive testing.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of technical qualifications and training records for Laboratory Operations through data-driven validation.
• Assist the technical excellence team in updating and maintaining digital systems, databases, or document management platforms to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Streamline documentation to facilitate testing data analytics and sample processes.
• Integrate continuous improvement concepts into all aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of data accuracy, system consistency, and process logic.
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
