Responsibilities

• Learn to assist in the delivery of basic IT services to clients
• Learn and apply industry best practices and methodologies
• Learn to provide support to clients, both remotely and on-site, as needed
• Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve IT issues
• Learn to use a ticketing system to manage support queries

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT/MSP space
• 6 months to a year of IT support experience or A+ certification
• Ability to deliver great customer service
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Managed Service Provider operations
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365
• Experience with basic TCP/IP networking, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Windows Server 2016 or higher
