Intern Traffic Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute land and sea import and export processes
• Collect and validate import/export documentation and files
• Support customs clearance, proforma preparation, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in the transfer of traffic activities from Shared Services to the Business Unit
• Create, validate, and implement operational procedures
• Document the Entry process for exports from the USA
• Interact with internal operations, customs, and logistics stakeholders

Requirements

• Student in International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields (6th–7th semester)
• Basic knowledge of customs processes, pedimentos, and Annex 22
• Understanding of import/export documentation and transportation modes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
