Intern Talent Relations

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of talent collaborations for partner brands
• Identify and scout suitable talents and support outreach to talents and their management teams
• Assist with project management throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, including coordination and reporting
• Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and emerging talents to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong passion for social media with a keen eye for trends and emerging talents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A creative and structured way of working with strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in marketing, communications, or talent/influencer management
