Intern – Talent Acquisition Operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent market research using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to map candidate pools and competitor activity
• Support the building of talent frameworks and market mapping to assist recruiters
• Manage administrative tasks within the Ashby ATS, including user access and template maintenance
• Support the implementation of AI-driven automation and recruiting tools
• Maintain data quality by tracking dashboards and auditing candidate profiles
• Own and update the internal Confluence knowledge base with high-impact guides and resources

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Psychology, or Data Analytics
• A data-driven mindset with an interest in turning raw numbers into actionable insights
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a focus on process efficiency
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, automation tools, and AI technologies
• Proactive attitude with the ability to build resources and guides from scratch
• Fluent in English with strong tactical communication skills
