Intern-Summer

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities including data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support business decision-making
• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries using MS Excel and other digital tools
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all operational records and filing systems
• Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization and digitalization
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Handle customer enquiries and conduct market research as required
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads

Requirements

• Current full-time bachelor's degree student (logistics-related studies preferred)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility and a positive, objective working attitude
• Ability to commit to the internship period from June to August 2026

Benefits

• Monthly internship rate of HK$9,000
• 5-day work week during the summer period
