Intern - Strategic People Advisory (Talent & Transformation Team)

Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative HR strategies and concepts for diverse clients, ranging from startups to international blue-chip companies
• Assist consultants in projects related to HR organization transformation, role and process design, and performance/talent management
• Contribute to projects involving employee experience, HR digitalization, and change management
• Help create customer-specific HR instruments and strategic concepts
• Support the preparation of high-quality presentations and visual information processing

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program with an analytical or quantitative focus (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in both German and English
• Highly motivated to pursue a career in management consulting
• Previous experience in a consulting or corporate HR environment is a plus but not required
