Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in various project initiatives within the GlobalLINK team
• Coordinate with teams across different functions to support business objectives
• Support the automation of reports using Excel or internal tools
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Handle day-to-day operational activities and management reporting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Business Management, Machine Learning, or Programming
• Keen interest in Global Markets, specifically FX markets, Trade Cost Analysis, or Money Markets Funds
