Intern, R&D Project Management (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing project plans, timelines, documentation, and deliverables
• Help identify risks, constraints, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document project requirements
• Track project progress against plans and budgets
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed
• Support planning, execution, and closure phases of projects
• Participate in project status meetings and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
• Business or project management background preferred
• Ability to work 15 hours per week during normal business hours
• Monday-Friday availability based on class schedule
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic data analysis
• Good organization and time management
• Ability to follow protocols and instructions
• Local to Tampa and able to work in the office
• Pass a drug screening
