Intern, Products and Solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of various programs across the business
• Liaise with a global customer base to identify opportunities for program improvement and understand customer needs
• Support team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards
• Utilize analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives
• Perform project management duties, including creating processes, developing timelines, and managing compliance cases
• Communicate with key stakeholders to implement action plans addressing vulnerabilities and weaknesses
• Interface with internal and external customers to educate them on program rules, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics
• Work on client projects with the Product Management team and deliver a final presentation on learnings

Requirements

• Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data analytics into business goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or comparable business intelligence tools
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between June 2027 and December 2027
• Ability to commit to the full internship period from 30 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027
• Full legal working rights in Australia (Permanent Residents or Citizens of Australia/New Zealand)
