Intern, Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Learn process fundamentals for Die attach and Wire bond processes
• Apply data analysis techniques, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), to identify product issues and propose improvement projects
• Collaborate closely with engineers to gain an understanding of the entire workflow from Front of Line (FOL) to End of Line (EOL)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Material, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
• Exposure to programming languages such as C, C++, or Python through coursework or projects
• Understanding of data analysis and Statistical Process Control
