Intern - PPP and Deal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in delivering live advisory mandates across PPP, real estate, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing client-facing deliverables, including advisory reports, business cases, and transaction documents.
• Support transaction advisory work-streams, including deal structuring analysis and procurement coordination.
• Conduct real estate market research, land use assessments, and development feasibility studies.
• Assist in the development of large-scale real estate strategies for government and institutional clients.
• Support investor engagement activities, including the preparation of information packs and bidder coordination.
• Maintain project trackers, filing systems, and internal records accurately and confidentially.
• Be present in the Riyadh office five days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5/4 or equivalent.
• Saudi National.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to commit to a full 6-month, full-time internship based in Riyadh.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in consulting, real estate, or a related professional environment.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency certification.
