About the role
Responsibilities
- Support general administration and the implementation of salary reforms (e.g., reclassifications, advancements, and comparative calculations)
- Collect and consolidate personnel and payroll-relevant data from various sources
- Prepare, filter, sort, and structure datasets using Excel
- Assist with data cleansing and maintenance
- Prepare data foundations for technical reviews and decision-making processes
- Document processed data and the specific work steps applied
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Public Management, or similar
- Strong interest in contract law, payroll, compensation systems, and labor/service law
- Proficient Excel skills
- SAP experience is considered a plus
- A careful, structured, and responsible way of working
- Ability to work effectively in a team and integrate into existing workflows
