Intern Performance Improvement - Operational Turnaround

Responsibilities

• Support international transformation, restructuring, and performance improvement projects
• Solve complex business problems alongside experienced project teams
• Execute specific work packages including financial analyses and measure tracking
• Conduct structural and qualitative problem analyses
• Prepare for client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Assist with internal initiatives such as pitch presentations

Requirements

• Current Bachelor's (preferably 3rd year) or Master's student at a leading university
• Academic focus on restructuring, strategy, or transaction advisory
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C2 level)
• Strong communication skills and an agile, curious, and team-oriented mindset
