About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately, including Field Service Contracts billing
- Coordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability and with Finance to ensure timely credit release
- Liaise with Logistics to ensure special instructions are understood and implemented
- Handle order enquiries from distributors and end customers
- Generate Open Order Status reports for distributors, customers, and internal business teams
- Review new Customer Creation Forms and coordinate with the Master Data Officer for setup
- Ensure all processes comply with SOX, GDPMDS, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to manage customer orders from specific regions
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment
