Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants during all stages of kidnapping and incident management
- Organise and maintain confidential case files, reports, and documentation
- Conduct research on global kidnapping trends and legal frameworks
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and law enforcement under guidance
- Participate in simulated training exercises to hone negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Engage in continuous learning through workshops and seminars
Requirements
- Degree in Criminology or Psychology
- South African citizenship
- Driver's licence
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent command of the English language
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Age between 26 and 40 years old
