About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the collection of business requests for the online shop and assist in translating them into product backlog requirements
  • Assist in the rollout of new features and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality launches
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging market trends
  • Provide daily operational support to the eCommerce team, including handling ad-hoc requests and processes
  • Help create presentations, decision papers, and management reports to support business decisions
  • Maintain team documentation and manage collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating regular meetings, workshops, and team events
  • Take ownership of an individual project topic based on your specific interests and expertise

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and eCommerce business models
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently and precisely
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and agile environment
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages or Chinese are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous working experience or knowledge in Automotive, eCommerce, or Customer Experience
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
